If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items must be unused, in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at support@petaaura.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right — free of charge.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened food or used grooming products) cannot be returned unless faulty.
