Order processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days worldwide, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. We ship to over 190 countries.
Shipping costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over 199 AED. For orders below that, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once shipped, you can follow your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page using the tracking number from your confirmation email.
Customs & duties
Orders may be subject to import taxes or duties charged once the parcel reaches your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
